LABELING (and Downloads) So far we have been creating labels with a Brother P-Touch label maker that allows hookup to a computer. Their P-Touch Editor software allows creating graphics, letters and lines as needed. We have used 0.7' wide clear tape with white lettering which looks fine on a black surface background. There is a myriad of tapes and color choices.
Here are some *.lbx files that can create labels for several airplanes with 3,4,5 and 9 position inserts. They can be edited with the Brother P-Touch Editor software. The cheapest printer that can handle these 0.7" wide labels is probably the P-Touch Cube Plus at about $99 US. You can use then as a guide since the upper and lower mark are the same for all labels.(flaps Up and Flaps down). The it is just a matter of dividing the distance between then in even segments to match the insert. If you share label ,.lbx files with me I will post here [email protected] This is just a start |
