So Far these sources have emerged to 3D print the parts. At this point I only know what see and read below. If you have a positive experience with any other printers feel free to send the following info ( Contact Info, Location, Material used, Price ) and a couple pictures of the finished product. I will post here as we get more feedback.
note: While ABS printing produces a more durable product is is subject to shrinkage. The dimensions need to be adjusted by the printer to compensate so things fit correctly to the Bravo. PLA, although susceptible to deformation at temps as low as 140-150°F, is more likely to fit.

I received the following 3-D printed flapmodster item from the above person and it fit perfectly! Great quality. Thank you for the referral, the design, and file. I appreciate your fine work. John Liszka provided some excellent parts, priced right and with fast delivery. Superb job, highly recommend! I ordered three inserts and the finger guard from John and the whole process from first contact to product receipt was quick and painless. The resulting products fit perfectly and I could not be more thrilled with the end result. If you're in the market for this mod, don't hesitate to give John a shout |

I ordered 4 inserts and a spring version flap lever adapter at TwoIdiotsPrinting.com. Delivery was within 10 days and I was so satisfied with the product, that I went back and ordered the remaining 4 inserts, as I do fly different airplanes in X-Plane and FS2020. The inserts are nicely sanded/finished and fit perfectly in my Bravo. All I have to do now is create the labels. Instead of having to purchase multiple inserts of the same positions for different airplanes (like the 3 pos insert) I use magnet strips that are labeled, so that I can just swap the strip based on the airplane I want to fly. |

I used Steve Collier here in the UK and his service was outstanding. I ordered every slot insert, both spring and non spring catch, the Piper throttle and the Saitek angled mount. Every piece fitted perfectly, looked great and makes my flying experience that much better. I must say the resin printed pieces where very good indeed and looked as if Honeycomb had supplied them. Steve offered a first class service, with free postage and a discount for quantity, and had everything delivered within 3 days from placing my order. Brilliant. |
